摘要
由于甲状腺腺体本身功能亢进,合成和分泌甲状腺激素增加所导致的甲状腺毒症称为甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)。抗甲状腺药物(Antithyroid Drugs,ATD)是治疗甲亢的常用方法之一,其常见副作用是皮疹、粒细胞缺乏症、中毒性肝病、血管炎,但ATD关节炎综合征少见。本文报道1例以ATD关节炎综合征为副作用的甲亢患者的诊治及随访过程,以期为临床治疗提供诊断、治疗提供依据。
Thyrotoxicosis caused by the increased synthesis and secretion of thyroid hormones is called hyperthyroidism(referred to as hyperthyroidism)due to the hyperfunction of the thyroid gland itself.Antithyroid Drugs(ATD)is one of the commonly used methods for the treatment of hyperthyroidism.The common side effects are skin rash,agranulocytosis,toxic liver disease,and vasculitis,but ATD arthritis syndrome is rare.The article reports the diagnosis,treatment and follow-up of a case of hyperthyroidism with ATD arthritis syndrome as a side effect,in order to provide a basis for diagnosis and treatment of clinical treatment.
