针刺治疗脑卒中偏瘫的rs-fMRI研究方法及应用现状 被引量:5

摘要 针刺治疗脑卒中后运动障碍凭借其有效性、安全性和经济性已经被国内外认可,针刺脑科学的研究近年来也逐渐成为热点。静息态功能磁共振(rs-fMRI)技术被称为“现代望诊”,近年来这种客观、科学的影像学工具被众多学者用于针刺中枢机制的研究中,其分析方法众多且各具特点,能够客观分析脑神经活动、脑区以及全脑的功能变化,本研究对rs-fMRI在针刺治疗脑卒中后运动功能障碍中的研究方法及其应用进行综述,并对现阶段存在的争议进行讨论,对rs-fMRI用于针刺机制研究的发展趋势进行展望。 Acupuncture treatment for post-stroke dyskinesia has been recognized at home and abroad with its advantages of effectiveness,safety and economy.Researches about acupuncture brain science have gradually become a hot spot in recent years.Resting state functional magnetic resonance(rs-fMRI)technology is known as‘modern inspection’.In recent years,this objective and scientific imaging tool has been used by many scholars to study the central mechanism of acupuncture.Its analysis methods are numerous and have their own characteristics.It can objectively analyze the functional changes of brain nerve activity,brain regions and the whole brain.This study reviewed the research methods and application of rs-fMRI in acupuncture treatment of motor dysfunction after stroke,discussed the current controversy and prospected the development trend of rs-fMRI in acupuncture mechanism research.
