A review of basic principles and methodological applications of BOLD-fMRI

摘要 功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)是研究脑功能的一种强有力的方法,具有无创定位、高空间分辨率和时间分辨率的特点。最基本的fMRI的成像技术是血氧水平依赖功能磁共振成像(blood oxygen level dependent fMRI,BOLD-fMRI)。概述了BOLD-fMRI的基本原理以及在方法学上的应用。 Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is a very powerful method to understand the mechanism of brain function with non-invasive localization, high spatial and temporal resolution. The essential fMRI technique is blood oxygen level dependent (BOLD-fMRI). Basic principles and methodological applications of BOLD-fMRI are reviewed in this paper.
