摘要
目的减少无适应证用药,促进临床安全、合理用药。方法收集医院门诊2019年1月至12月临床合理用药智能管理系统审核及药师人工审核的处方,统计并分析全处方、无适应证用药处方、药师干预成功处方等。结果开展处方前置审核后,无适应证用药处方占比由2019年1月的26.22%降至12月的12.51%;2019年4月至12月,审方药师干预成功处方中,无适应证用药处方占69.02%(5597/8109)。结论临床合理用药智能管理系统和药师人工审核相结合的审方模式提高了药师的工作效率,降低了无适应证用药处方比例,促进了临床的安全、合理用药,但系统规则仍需进一步优化。
Objective To reduce the non-indication medication,and to promote clinical safe and rational use of drugs.Methods The data of prescriptions pre-review by the intelligent management system of clinical rational drug use and pharmacists from January to December 2019 were collected,and the full prescriptions,non-indication medication prescriptions and successful prescription of pharmacist intervention were counted and analyzed.Results After the pre-review of prescriptions,the proportion of non-indication medication prescriptions decreased from 26.22%in January 2019 to 12.51%in December 2019.Among the prescriptions successfully intervened by the prescription-checking pharmacists from April to December 2019,the proportion of non-indication prescriptions accounted for 69.02%(5597/8109).Conclusion The prescription pre-review mode combining the intelligent management system of clinical rational drug use and the pharmacists improves the work efficiency of pharmacists,reduces the proportion of non-indication medication prescriptions,and promotes the clinical safe and rational use of drugs,but the system rules still need to be further optimized.
