氧化铝粉体的微观形貌对陶瓷膜支撑体的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以球形度较好的氧化铝粉体为主要原料,石墨粉作为造孔剂,加入适量的黏接剂,制备陶瓷膜支撑体;对比研究不同球形度的氧化铝粉体为原料制备陶瓷膜支撑体的工艺及性能。结果表明:以长径比为1.002的氧化铝粉体为主要原料制备支撑体,捏合后形成的泥料不经陈腐可达到较好的成型状态,同时堆积过程中形成的孔隙分布均匀;制得的支撑体性能较好,其中三点抗弯强度为60 MPa、平均孔径为0.2851μm、孔隙率为33%、纯水通量为0.034 L/(m^(2)·h·Pa);角形氧化铝粉体以棒状、片状居多,长径比较大,球形度较差,粉体排列时流动性差,难以聚合,且以角形氧化铝粉体为原料制备陶瓷膜支撑体的过程中若不经陈腐,则泥料捏合成型困难,挤出成型后的泥坯易开裂,制得支撑体的整体性能劣于用球形度好的氧化铝粉体为原料制得支撑体的整体性能。 Taking alumina powders with good sphericity as main raw materials and graphite powders as pore-forming agents,and adding appropriate amount of bonding agents,ceramic membrane supports were prepared.The preparation process and performance of ceramic membrane supports taking alumina powder with different sphericities as main raw materials were comparatively studied.The results show that taking alumina powders with aspect ratio of 1.002 as main raw materials for preparing the supports,the mud formed after kneading can achieve a better shape without aging.At the same time,the pores formed during accumulation process are evenly distributed.The prepared supports have good performance,including anti-three-point bending strength of 60 MPa,average pore diameter of 0.2851μm. porosity of 33%,and pure water flux of 0.034 L/(m^(2)·h·Pa).Angular alumina powders are mostly in rod and sheet shapes,relatively large aspect ratio,poor sphericity,poor fluidity when powder arranging,and difficult to polymerize.If ceramic membrane supports taking prepared taking angular alumina powders as raw materials in the process without aging,it is difficult to knead the mud,and the mud after extrusion is prone to cracking.The overall performance of the supports is worse than that of the ceramic membrane supports prepared taking alumina powders with good sphericity as main raw materials.
