纳米氧化锆制备过程中陶瓷膜分离工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 研究了无机陶瓷膜对纳米氧化锆前驱体氢氧化锆胶体的洗涤和浓缩。通过比较0.2μm、0.5μm和0.1μm孔径的膜通量,前者平均通量分别是后两者平均通量的2.29倍和1.85倍。在滤液流速与滤出液总量的关系试验中,发现渗透通量只有在料浆经浓缩,达到一定极限值后才会迅速降低。以此判断陶瓷膜分离氢氧化锆胶体的浓缩极限,其固液比为36%。同时提出在洗涤150L料浆,加水至300L效果最好,用水量少,大约为2020L,平均流速约为1000L/h时,洗涤工作时间为4.28h,是氧化锆制备过程中陶瓷膜分离工艺的最佳选择。 The washing and concentration of zirconium hydroxide colloid, the precursor of nano-ZrO2, with inorganic ceramic membrane were studied. Through comparison between fluxes of the membranes with 0.2μm, 0.5μm and 0.1μm pore size respectively, it was found that the former's average flux was 2.29 times and 1.85 times of the latter both's average fluxes respectively. In the test of relationship between filtrate flow rate and total filtrate volume for industrial production, it was also found that only when the feed paste was concentrated to a limit value can permeate flux lowered rapidly; by it ,the concentrating limit of separating zirconium hydroxide colloid by ceramic membrane can be judged; its solid-liquid ratio is 36; in the case of washing 150L colloid paste and adding 300L water to the paste, the separation effect is the best; the water use quantity is less, about 2020L; when average flow rate is about 100L/h, the working time for washing is 4.28h; it is the optimal selection for ceramic membrane separation technology in the course of the zirconia preparation.
