陶瓷膜技术洗涤对粉体分散性影响

摘要 采用陶瓷微滤膜,以硫酸法生产的TiO(OH)2粉体浆料为对象,研究了洗涤过程中粉体Zeta电位变化对粉体分散性影响。实验考察了操作压差、错流速率、洗涤次数等工艺参数的影响。确立了操作压差和膜面流速分别为0.12 MPa和1.5 m/s较为合适该体系参数。随着洗涤次数增加,物料中电解质浓度不断降低,粉体颗粒表面Zeta电位绝对值升高,颗粒之间相互排斥作用增强,渗透阻力降低,渗透通量提高,粉体分散性提高。 The effects of the disprsivity of the commercial TiO (OH)2 particles on permeability by washing process with ceramic membrane was studied. The parameters identifying the washing conditions, such as the operation pressure and the cross flow velocity, were examined. With washing times increased, the absolute value of zeta potential of particles and the permeation flux were enhanced. The permeation resistance was reduced for the reason of the zeta potential and the dispersivity of particles improving.
