摘要
费托蜡与铁基催化剂的有效分离是实现浆态床反应器在费托合成过程中经济、高效、可靠运行的一个重要挑战。本文主要介绍从费托蜡中去除超细催化剂的固液分离技术,其分离技术大致可分为重力沉降、离心分离、加压过滤、膜分离、磁分离、超临界萃取、旋流分离技术等。考虑到多种分离技术的分离效率和费托蜡本身的特性,指出几种分离技术的耦合是实现费托蜡中催化剂固体颗粒分离最有效的方法。
Separating the iron-based catalyst/wax mixture from Fischer-Tropsch synthesis(FTS)products is one of the most important challenges in the development of FTS slurry bubble column reactor.This paper mainly introduces the solid-liquid separation technology used in removing ultra-fine catalyst particles from the synthetic wax,produced in Fischer-Troph process.The separation technology can be divided into gravity sedimentation,centrifugal separation,pressure filtration,membrane separation,magnetic separation technology,supercritical fluid extraction,swirling separation technology and so on.Considering the separation efficiency of various separation technologies and the characteristics of Fischer-Tropsch wax,it is pointed out that the coupling of various separation technologies is the optimal separation method.
