摘要 新时代高校劳动教育在本质诉求、价值体认和实践方式等方面与课程思政理念深度契合,是落实课程思政的重要载体,为高校贯彻"立德树人"根本任务提供了重要途径。高校劳动教育的课程思政体系应该围绕"为谁培养人""培养什么样的人"和"如何培养人"三个核心问题展开,构建集目标定位、内容设计和实施方法等一体化的完整系统,并从制度建设、师资质量、资源支撑等维度提供丰富的保障措施,以推进新时代高校劳动教育课程思政的高质量发展。 In the new era,labor education in colleges and universities is deeply consistent with ideas of curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness on the aspects of essential demands,value recognition and practice methods.It is an important carrier for the implementation of curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness,and provides an important way for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of "fostering virtue through education".The curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness system of labor education curriculum in colleges and universities should focus on the three core issues of "for whom","what kind of people to cultivate" and "how to cultivate people",build a complete system integrating goal positioning,content design and implementation methods,and provide rich safeguard measures from the dimensions of system construction,teacher quality,resource support,so as to promote the high-quality development of curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness of labor education curriculum in colleges and universities in the new era.
