摘要
目的研究三阴性乳腺癌患者机体雄激素受体水平表达情况及预后。方法回顾性选取本院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的三阴性乳腺癌患者50例,对所有患者均进行组织学标本的采集与染色处理,并统计比较其临床基本资料。统计AR的阳性表达情况、AR表达与临床病理特征的关系及生存率。结果50例患者中雄激素受体(AR)阳性表达显示阳性者有14例,阳性率为28.00%;50例患者中,AR阳性患者年龄≥50岁、绝经后、Ki-67表达<14%、HER2表达阴性的患者占比高于AR阴性患者(χ2=5.702,4.778,17.301,6.822,P<0.05);AR阳性组与AR阴性组1年的总生存率、无病生存率均无显著差异,初潮年龄、BMI、肿瘤大小、糖尿病、恶性肿瘤家族史、淋巴结状态与AR表达均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论AR在三阴性乳腺癌患者中可显示一定水平的表达,其与年龄、绝经前后等临床病理特征均有相关性,临床上可通过其水平变化为后续治疗及预后恢复情况提供参考价值。
Objective To study the expression of androgen receptor(AR)and prognosis in patients with triplenegative breast cancer.Methods A total of 50 patients with triple-negative breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively selected as study subjects.Histological specimens collected from these patients were stained,and their basic clinical data were statistically compared.The positive expression of AR,the correlation between AR expression and clinicopathological features,and the survival rate were counted.Results In all the 50 patients,14 patients showed positive AR expression,with a positive rate of 28.00%.The proportion of AR-positive patients with age≥50 years,menopause,Ki-67 expression<14%,and negative expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)was higher than that of AR-negative patients(χ2=5.702,4.778,17.301,6.822,P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the AR-positive group and the AR-negative group in the overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate at 1 year,and there was no correlation between AR expression and age at menarche,body mass index(BMI),tumor size,diabetes,family history of malignancy,and lymph node status(P>0.05).Conclusion AR can express to a certain level in patients with triple-negative breast cancer,and AR expression is correlated with age,pre-and post-menopause and other clinicopathological features.Clinically,the change of its level can provide a reference value for subsequent treatment and prognosis recovery.
