摘要
目的:探讨新型多学科协作护理模式在乙肝肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张断流术(ESVD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选择在某医院行乙肝肝硬化精准断流术的102例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。两组患者都成功地进行了肝硬化精准断流术,对照组患者术后实施常规护理,观察组患者术后实施多学科协作护理模式进行干预,干预6个月后,比较分析两组患者自我管理能力、再出血指征发生情况以及心理状态。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者的行为调节、饮食控制、营养控制、病情监测、用药评分比较高,6个月内再出血率比较低,对于治病展现出更加积极配合的态度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施新型多学科协作护理模式干预后,患者的自我管理依从性得到显著提升,再出血率得到有效控制,可改善患者的心理状态,积极配合治疗,值得在临床工作中推广应用。
Objective:To observe the effect of a new multidisciplinary collaboration model in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and esophagogastric varices devascularization(ESVD).Methods:102 patients who underwent precision devascularization of hepatitis B and cirrhosis in hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,Both groups of patients successfully underwent precision devascularization for liver cirrhosis,the control group received routine care after surgery,and the observation group implemented a multidisciplinary collaboration model after surgery.After 6 months of intervention,the two groups were compared and analyzed their self-management ability and Occurrence of bleeding indications and mental state.Results:Compared with the control group,it is found that the observation group has higher scores on behavior adjustment,diet control,nutrition control,disease monitoring,and medication,and has a lower rate of rebleeding within 6 months.It shows a more active and cooperative attitude towards disease treatment,and the difference is statistically significant.Academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the implementation of the new multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model intervention,the patient’s self-management compliance has been significantly improved,and the rebleeding rate has been effectively controlled,which can improve the patient’s psychological state and actively cooperate with the treatment.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical work.
