摘要
目的:观察优质护理在慢性乙肝患者药物治疗期间的效果。方法:选取医院2021年5月—2023年5月收治的50例慢性乙肝住院患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理。比较两组疾病知识掌握水平、干扰素应用依从性、满意度、情绪、自我效能、自我护理能力。结果:观察组疾病知识掌握水平、干扰素应用依从性、满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我效能、自我护理能力各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可有效提升患者干扰素治疗的依从性,调节情绪,提高自我效能及自我护理能力,且患者满意度较高。
Objective:To observe the effect of high quality nursing in patients with chronic hepatitis B during drug treatment.Methods:A total of 50inpatients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 inpatients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high quality nursing.The mastery level of disease knowledge,interferon application compliance,satisfaction,emotion,self-efficacy and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Rsults:The scores of disease knowledge mastery,interferon application compliance and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of selfefficacy and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing can effectively improve the compliance of patients with interferon treatment,regulate mood,improve self-efficacy and self-care ability,and patients'satisfaction is high.
