摘要
目的系统评价HIIT对延缓老年人群骨骼肌肌力和运动功能的作用效果。方法计算机检索CNKI、Wanfang、VIP、CBM、PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library数据库中关于HIIT对改善老年人群骨骼肌功能作用的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限为自建库以来至2021年6月。由2位研究者按照纳入和排除标准独立筛选文献,并对文献质量进行严格评价和资料提取以系统评估HIIT对于骨骼肌的影响。结果(1)共计纳入文献6篇,289名老龄试验参与者符合纳入标准,进行定性分析。(2)HIIT在提高老年人群上肢手握力、下肢伸肌肌力、步行能力等方面存在优势。结论当前研究结果表明,与常规有氧运动或无计划性运动方式相比,HIIT可有效提高老年人群骨骼肌肌肉力量,改善老年人运动功能。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of HIIT on delaying skeletal muscle strength and motor function in the elderly.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on the effect of HIIT on improving skeletal muscle function in the elderly in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase and The Cochrane Library were searched by computer.The search time was from the establishment of the database to June 2021.Two reviewers independently screened literature,extracted data and assessed risk of bias of included studies to systematically evaluate the effect of HIIT on skeletal muscle.Results(1)A total of 6 literatures were included,and 289 aging trial participants met the inclusion criteria for qualitative analysis.(2)HIIT has advantages in improving the upper limb hand grip strength,lower limb extensor muscle strength and walking ability of the elderly.Conclusion The current research results show:Compared with conventional aerobic exercise or unplanned exercise,HIIT can effectively improve the skeletal muscle strength and motor function of the elderly.
