摘要 有氧体育运动是以有氧锻炼为基础,以强身健体为中心的集健身、力量训练等因素为一体的一项体育运动。随着人们的生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的人开始追求自身的身体素质,积极地开展多种多样的健身活动,以期提升自身的体质。有氧运动作为一种基础的健身运动,深受广大人民群众的喜爱。因此,提出有氧运动对改善人民身体素质的作用,并进行深入研究。 Aerobic sports is a sport that combines fitness,strength training and other factors based on aerobic exercise and centered on physical fitness.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,more and more people are beginning to pursue their own physical qualities,and actively carry out a variety of fitness activities in order to improve their physical fitness.As a basic fitness exercise,aerobic exercise is deeply loved by the masses of the people.Therefore,the role of aerobic exercise in improving the physical fitness of the people is proposed and further research is carried out.
