摘要
目的调查急危重症科室医务人员职业获益感、情绪智力与职业倦怠的现状,分析职业获益感在情绪智力与职业倦怠中的中介作用,为医疗团队稳定发展提供理论依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2021年4—5月选取四川省6所三级甲等医院954名急危重症医务人员为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、职业获益感量表、情绪智力量表与职业倦怠量表进行数据收集,并对数据进行分析。结果急危重症医务人员职业获益感得分为(114.37±13.22)分,情绪智力得分为(75.78±8.13)分,职业倦怠得分(64.93±6.86)分;职业获益感得分与职业倦怠得分呈负相关(P<0.05),情绪智力得分与职业倦怠得分呈负相关(P<0.05),情绪智力得分与职业获益感得分呈正相关(P<0.05);情绪智力在急危重症医务人员职业获益感与职业倦怠中起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.034,占总效应的15.65%。结论四川省6所三级甲等医院急危重症医务人员职业倦怠水平较高,职业获益感在情绪智力与职业倦怠中起部分中介作用,提升情绪智力有利于提高其职业获益感以降低其职业倦怠水平。
Objective To investigate the status quo of occupational benefit perception,emotional intelligence and job burnout of medical staff in emergency and critical care departments,analyze the mediating role of occupational benefit perception in emotional intelligence and job burnout,and provide theoretical basis for the stable development of medical team.Methods By using the convenience sampling method,954 medical workers in emergency and critical care departments were selected from six grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province as investigation objects from April 2021 to May 2021.The general data questionnaire,occupational benefit perception scale,emotional intelligence scale and job burnout scale were adopted for data collection,and the data were analyzed.Results The score of occupational benefit perception among medical staff in emergency and critical care departments was(114.37±13.22)points,the score of emotional intelligence was(75.78±8.13)points,and the job burnout score was(64.93±6.86)points.The score of occupational benefit perception was negatively correlated with the score of job burnout(P<0.05),the score of emotional intelligence was negatively correlated with the score of job burnout(P<0.05),and the score of emotional intelligence was positively correlated with the score of occupational benefit perception(P<0.05).Emotional intelligence played a partial mediating role in the occupational benefit perception and job burnout of medical personnel in emergency and critical care,and the mediating effect was 0.034,accounting for 15.65%of the total effect.Conclusion The level of job burnout is high among medical staff in acute and critical care departments of six grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province,occupational benefit perception plays a partial mediating role in emotional intelligence and job burnout,and improving emotional intelligence is conducive to improving occupational benefit perception and reducing job burnout.
