摘要
目的:研究绞股蓝中皂苷类与黄酮类化合物的分离与鉴定。方法:采用硅胶、大孔树脂、中压柱色谱、半制备型HPLC及分析型HPLC等现代分离技术对绞股蓝的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据其理化性质、UV、MS、NMR等方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从绞股蓝70%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为gypenoside S5(1)、gypenoside XLIX(2)、gypenoside VN2(3)、ombuine(4)、yixingensin(5)、ombuoside(6)。结论:从绞股蓝中分离得到3个皂苷类和3个黄酮类化合物,其中化合物1为新化合物,命名为gypenoside S5。
Objective:To study the separation and identification of saponins and flavonoids in Gynostemma Pentaphyllum.Methods:The chemical components of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum were separated and purified using modern separation technologies such as silica gel,macroporous resin,medium-pressure column chromatography,semi-preparative HPLC,and analytical HPLC.Their structures were identified by physical and chemical properties,UV,MS and NMR spectra.Results:Six compounds were isolated from the 70%ethanol extract of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum and were identified as gypenoside S5(1),gypenoside XLIX(2),gypenoside VN2(3),ombuine(4),yixingensin(5),and ombuoside(6),respectively.Conclusion:Three saponin compounds and three flavonoid are isolated from Gynostemma Pentaphyllum.From them,compound 1 is a new compound,named gypenoside S5.
