摘要
目的:研究多花黄精生品粗多糖与九蒸品粗多糖对1型糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用,为多花黄精生品及九蒸品多糖的合理应用提供实验依据。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)50 mg/kg对小鼠多次小剂量腹腔注射诱导1型糖尿病模型,然后将造模成功小鼠随机分组。正常组和模型组给予0.9%氯化钠溶液,其余各组给予相应药物,连续灌胃4周后,检测相关指标。结果:与模型组比较,生品-高组与九蒸品-高组治疗4周时对1型糖尿病小鼠血糖均有显著抑制作用(P<0.05);两组血清中AST、ALT水平、肝脏指数、HK、PK酶活力均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),能改善脂肪变性与肝糖原的储存能力。结论:多花黄精生品及九蒸品粗多糖均能调节1型糖尿病小鼠的血糖,这可能与抗氧化、调节糖脂代谢与肝脏功能等作用有关。
Objective:To study the hypoglycemic effect of crude polysaccharides from raw materials and nine-steamnine-bask processing Polygonati Rhizoma on type 1 diabetic mice,and to provide experimental basis for the appropriate use of nine-steam-nine-bask processing Polygonati Rhizoma.Methods:Multiple low-dose intraperitoneal injections(50 mg/kg STZ)were used to induce type 1 diabetes model.Then the model-building mice were randomly divided into different groups.Except for normal drinking normal saline in the normal group and model group,the remaining groups were given corresponding drugs.After 4 weeks,the relative indicators were tested.Results:Compared with the model group,the high-dose group of the crude and nine-steam-nine-bask processing Polygonati Rhizoma had an inhibitory effect on blood glucose(P<0.05);they could significantly reduce serum AST,ALT levels,liver index,HK,PK enzyme activity(P<0.05,P<0.01);they could improve steatosis and liver glycogen storage capacity.Conclusion:Raw materials and nine-steam-nine-bask processing Polygonati Rhizoma could both mediate blood glucose of type 1 diabetes.And it may be related to the regulation of glycolipid metabolism,antioxidant,liver function,etc.
