摘要
完好的家庭功能可有效改善肠造口患者的健康状况、疾病发展及预后,肠造口术后患者存在较高的生理、心理、社会及经济等方面的健康照护需求。目前国内外对家庭功能研究主要在精神疾病、心脏疾病及肿瘤等人群中,对肠造口患者的家庭功能研究较少,主要为肠造口家庭功能状况的横断面调查。本文通过综述家庭功能定义、肠造口患者家庭功能的现状、影响因素及家庭功能对肠造口患者的影响,以期为临床制定肠造口患者家庭功能恢复的相关护理措施提供参考,提高肠造口患者生活质量。国内有关肠造口患者家庭功能的评价工具停留在对国外量表的汉化上,评价肠造口患者家庭功能优劣方面缺乏统一的标准,研制适合中国文化背景的肠造口患者家庭功能的评价工具是未来研究的方向。
Good family functions can effectively improve the health status,disease development and prognosis of patients with colostomy.Postoperative patients with colostomy have high physical,psychological,social and economic health care needs.At present,domestic and foreign research on family function is mainly in the population of mental illness,heart disease and tumor.There are few studies on family function of patients with colostomy,mainly a cross-sectional survey of family function status of colostomy.This article reviews the definition of family function,the status quo of family function in patients with enterostomy,influencing factors and the impact of family function on patients with enterostomy,in order to provide a reference for clinical formulation of related nursing measuresof family function for the recovery of patients with enterostomy,improving their quality of life.The evaluation tools of domestic family function of patients with enterostomy remain in the sinicization of foreign scales,and there are no unified standards for the evaluation.The de⁃velopment of family function evaluation tools for enterostomy patientsbased on Chinese cultural background will be an im⁃portantconcern for future research.
