摘要
目的:分析成人牙齿错[牙合]患者接受口腔正畸联合烤瓷桥固定修复治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年3月云南滇南中心医院接诊的98例牙齿错[牙合]患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组行口腔正畸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用烤瓷桥固定修复治疗。比较两组菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、软垢指数、牙齿功能评分、牙齿松动分级、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组PLI、软垢指数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组PLI、软垢指数均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组牙齿美观度、舒适度、语言功能、咀嚼功能评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组牙齿美观度、舒适度、语言功能、咀嚼功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牙齿松动Ⅰ级率为59.18%,高于对照组的16.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牙齿松动Ⅱ级率、Ⅲ级率分别为38.78%和2.04%,均低于对照组的61.22%和22.45%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为97.96%,高于对照组的83.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.08%,低于对照组的16.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在成人牙齿错[牙合]治疗中采用口腔正畸+烤瓷桥固定修复治疗,既能改善牙齿生理功能,也能提高美观度,加之安全性高、疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of orthodontics combined with porcelain bridge fixed restoration in the treatment of adult patients with malocclusion.Method:A total of 98 patients with malocclusion treated in Yunnan Diannan Central Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with orthodontics treatment,and the observation group was treated with porcelain bridge fixed restoration on the basis of the control group.Plaque index (PLI),soft scale index,tooth function score,tooth loosening grade,treatment effect and complications were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PLI and scale index between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,PLI and scale index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in dental aesthetics,comfort,language function and chewing function scores between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of dental aesthetics,comfort,language function and chewing function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The grade Ⅰ loosening rate of the observation group was 59.18%,which was higher than 16.33% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The rate of grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ loosening of the observation group was 38.78% and 2.04%,respectively,which were lower than 61.22% and 22.45% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.96%,which was higher than 83.67% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 4.08%,which was lower than 16.33% of the control group,the di
