摘要
目的探讨药物处方专项点评在精神病患者用药中的应用及其对合理用药的影响。方法收集2019年1月~2019年12月精神病患者1583例作为对象,共抽取门诊处方1644张,分析精神病患者药物使用情况,包括抗精神病药物使用、药物使用类型、使用金额,统计药物使用强度、限定日费用(DDC),分析用药合理性。结果2019年门诊合计收集抗精神病处方1644张,其中单联用药1047张,占63.69%,2联用药554张,占33.70%;共列出我院2019年全院抗精神病药物38种,药物金额排在前三位的分别为:奥氮平片(国产)(基)、氨磺必利片(国产)(基)及奥氮平片(奥兰之);抗精神病药物使用强度前三位分别为:奥氮平片(国产)(基)、氨磺必利片(国产)(基)、富马酸喹硫平片(国产)(基),DDDs分别为:555876.00、410669.50和207660.87;合计罗列10种抗精神病药物,DDC排在前3位的分别为:甲磺酸齐拉西酮粉针、富马酸喹硫平片(进口)(基)、棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液(基)。结论精神病患者药物使用相对合理,开展药物处方专项点评能有效干预不合理用药,提高患者用药安全性。
Objective To explore the application effect of prescription comment on medication in psychiatric patients and its influence on the rationality of medication.Methods 1583 cases of mental patients from January 2019 to December 2019 were collected and 1644 outpatient prescriptions were selected.The medication of mental patients was analyzed,including antipsychotic drug use,type of drug,amount of use,drug utilization intensity,defined daily cost(DDC)and rationality of drug utilization.Results A total of 1644 antipsychotic prescriptions were collected in the outpatient department in 2019,including 1047 with a single drug(63.69%)and 554 with two drug combinations(33.70%).A total of 38 kinds of antipsychotic drugs were listed in our hospital in 2019,and the top three drugs in terms of drug amount were olanzapine(domestic)(National essential drug list),amisulpride(domestic)(National essential drug list)and olanzapine(olanzapine);The top three of drug utilization intensity were olanzapine tablets(domestic)(National essential drug list),amisulpride tablets(domestic)(National essential drug list),quetiapine fumarate tablets(domestic)(National essential drug list),DDDs were 555,876.00,410,669.50 and 207,660.87 respectively;a total of 10 kinds of antipsychotics were listed,and the top three DDC were ziprasidone mesylate powder injection,quetiapine fumarate tablets(imported)(National essential drug list)Paliperidone palmitate injection(National essential drug list).Conclusion the medication of psychiatric patients is relatively reasonable,and the special review of drug prescription can effectively intervene the irrational drug use and improve the drug safety of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
