摘要
目的:分析药物处方专项点评在精神疾病患者用药中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月蕉岭民康医院收治的精神疾病患者150例作为研究对象,按照双色球法分为对照组与研究组,各75例。对照组接受常规用药指导,研究组接受药物处方专项点评干预。比较两组的用药依从性、合理用药率、药物不良反应发生率以及用药满意度。结果:研究组用药总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028);研究组合理用药率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组药物不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);研究组用药总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:药物处方专项点评在精神疾病患者用药中的应用效果显著,可提高用药依从率、合理用药率、用药总满意度,降低药物不良反应总发生率。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of special review of drug prescription in the medication use of patients with mental diseases.Methods:One hundred and fifty patients with mental diseases admitted to Jiaoling Minkang Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the two-color ball method,each with seventy-five cases.The control group received routine medication guidance,and the study group received special review intervention of drug prescription.The two groups were compared in terms of medication adherence,rational medication rate,incidence of adverse drug reactions and medication satisfaction.Results:The total medication adherence rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028);the rate of rational medication use of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);and the total incidence of adverse drug reactions of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006);the total satisfaction with medication in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of special review of drug prescription in the use of medication for patients with mental diseases has a significant effect,which can improve the rate of medication compliance,the rate of rational use of medication,the total satisfaction of medication use,and reduce the total incidence of adverse drug reactions.
