摘要
职业院校新教师入岗训练是"入岗、适岗、胜岗"三个阶段的重要一环,是新教师从事职业教育、融入职业教育、投身职业教育的必经阶段,是培养"双师型"素质教师的奠基工程。运用EPIP,探索职业院校新教师培养机制与路径,完善"双师型"素质教师职业能力标准,探索"双师型"结构教学团队分工协同与协作,对于促进新时代职业教育创新标杆建设具有重大现实意义。
The induction training of new teachers in vocational colleges is an important part of the three stages of "induction, suitability and success". It is the necessary stage for new teachers to engage in vocational education, integrate into vocational education and participate in vocational education. It is the foundation project for cultivating "dual-qualified" teachers. Using EPIP, it is of great practical significance to explore the training mechanism and path of new teachers in vocational colleges, improve the professional ability standard of "dual-qualified" teachers, and explore the division and cooperation of "dual-qualified" structure teaching team.
