摘要
“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设是实施项目管理的过程,将“双师型”团队综合建设项目分为若干小“项目”,在教师团队建设中的逻辑线是以项目为引领,以创新为核心,以工程(建设任务)为载体,以实践为过程,EPIP模式的应用使得“双师型”团队建设具有了目的性、指向性、实践性和创新性。
The construction of a teaching innovation team of"double-professionally-titled"teachers is a process of implementing project management.This paper divided the comprehensive construction project of"double-professionally-titled"teachers'team into several small"projects".The logical line in the construction takes the project as the guide,innovation as the core,engineering(construction task)as the carrier,and practice as the process.The application of EPIP mode makes the construction of"double-professionally-titled"teachers'team purposeful,directional,practical and innovative.
