因地制宜整体输出:鲁班工坊框架体系的国际范式与价值启示

摘要 作为国际知名职教品牌和中外人文交流平台,鲁班工坊围绕“职业技术教育与培训”主题,紧扣“技能”与“教学”基础国际要素,立足应对数字转型的教学如何开展,探索出以合作国职业教育实际为基础、因地制宜推动中国职业教育整体输出方案,构建了鲁班工坊框架体系的国际范式。本研究通过对工程实践创新项目(EPIP)教学模式、国际化专业教学标准、优质赛项装备、立体化国际化教学资源、本土学校师资培训五个方面的分析,剖析鲁班工坊如何因地制宜整体“走出去”及其价值启示。 As an internationally renowned brand of vocational education and a platform for Sino-foreign humanistic exchanges,Luban workshop focuses on the theme of"vocational and technical education and training",and closely follows the basic international elements:"skills"and"teaching".Focusing on the theme of"vocational education and training",it focuses on the basic international elements:"skills"and"teaching",and in order to cope with the digital transformation of teaching and learning,it has explored a plan to promote the overall export of Chinese vocational education based on the actual vocational education of the cooperating countries,and finally constructed an international paradigm of the framework of the Luban workshop system.This study analyses how Luban workshop can"go global"according to local conditions and its value revelation through the analysis of five aspects,namely the teaching model of Engineering Practice and Innovation Project(EPIP),international professional teaching standards,high-quality equipment for competitions,three-dimensional international teaching resources,and training of teachers in local schools.
