摘要
为了探究物流企业人力资源管理的研究现状、热点和发展趋势,利用CiteSpace软件,对筛选出的发表于2000-2020年的598篇物流企业人力资源管理相关文献进行可视化分析。研究结果显示:2000-2020年物流企业人力资源管理研究发展分为初步发展、快速发展和平稳发展三个阶段;近二十年来,物流企业人力资源管理研究数量呈现先上升后下降的趋势;发文作者、发文机构之间合作过于分散;高频关键词主要集中在人力资源、对策、第三方物流、物流管理、人才流失,代表了物流企业人力资源管理研究的热点;未来研究趋势主要体现在绩效管理、管理创新、问题等主题。文中为后续我国物流企业人力资源管理的发展创新提供了借鉴。
In order to explore the research status,hot spots and development trends of human resource management in logistics enterprises,Cite Space software was used to conduct a visual analysis of screened 598 literatures related to human resource management in logistics enterprises which were published from 2000 to 2020. The research results show that the research and development of human resource management in logistics enterprises from 2000 to 2020 can be divided into three stages of initial development,rapid development and stable development;in the past two decades,the number of research on human resource management in logistics enterprises showed a trend from increase to decrease;cooperation of authors and institutions is too dispersed;high-frequency keywords mainly focus on human resources,countermeasures,third-party logistics,logistics management,brain drain,representing the research hot spots of logistics enterprise human resources management;future research trends are mainly reflected in performance management,management innovation,issues and other topics. This paper provides references for the development and innovation of human resource management of logistics enterprises in China.
