摘要
目的研究缺血性心血管病(ICVD)发病风险与体适能的相关性。方法招募2020年7月—2021年3月于重庆市某医院健康管理中心进行健康体检的体检人群,将符合纳入标准的1243名志愿者纳入本研究作为研究对象,根据国人ICVD 10年发病危险度评估表计算研究对象ICVD 10年危险度,分析ICVD发病风险与体适能相关性。结果单因素分析结果显示:ICVD 10年总风险度得分与体适能测试项目中的台阶指数、闭眼单脚站立时间、握力体质量指数、坐位体前屈距离呈负相关,与简单反应时、最大握力呈正相关。多因素分析结果显示:台阶指数每增加1个单位,ICVD 10年总风险度得分降低2.0%(OR=0.980,95%CI:0.965~0.995);最大握力每提高1 kg,ICVD 10年总风险度得分降低3.4%(OR=0.967,95%CI:0.936~0.998)。结论心肺耐力、柔韧性、反应力、平衡力、肌肉力量是ICVD 10年发病风险的相关因素,能预测ICVD发病风险,体适能水平越高,ICVD发病风险越低。因此,加强运动,提升体适能可以帮助减少心血管疾病风险。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the risk of ischemic cardiovascular disease(ICVD)development and physical fitness.Methods People who underwent health check-ups at a hospital health management center in Chongqing from July 2020 to March 2021 were recruited,and 1243 volunteers who met the inclusion criteria were included in this study as the study subjects.The 10-year risk of ICVD in the study subjects were calculated according to the national ICVD 10-year risk assessment scale,and the correlation between the risk of ICVD and physical fitness was analysed.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that the ICVD 10-year risk score was negatively correlated with the step index,the length of standing on one foot with eyes closed,the grip strength index,and the sit and reach distance,and positively correlated with the simple reaction time and the maximum grip strength in the physical fitness test.The results of multifactorial analysis showed that for each 1-unit increase in step index,the ICVD 10-year total riskiness score decreased by 2.0%(OR=0.980,95%CI:0.965-0.995);for each 1-kg increase in maximum grip strength,the ICVD 10-year total riskiness score decreased by 3.4%(OR=0.967,95%CI:0.936-0.998).Conclusion Cardiorespiratory endurance,flexibility,reflexes,balance,and muscle strength are factors associated with the 10-year risk of ICVD and predict the risk of ICVD,and the higher the level of physical fitness,the lower the risk of ICVD.Therefore,strengthening exercise and improving physical fitness can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
