摘要
结合医院后勤服务外包精细化管理实践,总结出完善管理制度、选择供应商的方式、对服务公司的监管等方面的经验;以职工食堂为例,介绍了后勤服务外包精细化管理的具体做法。
Combining the practice of refined management of logistics service outsourcing in hospitals,sums up the experience of improving the management system,the way of selecting suppliers,and the supervision of service companies;Taking the canteen as an example,introduces the specific methods of refined management of logistics service outsourcing.
