摘要
医院后期服务社会化作为医院后勤服务高质量发展的重要手段,在近年来越来越得到医院管理者的重视。但随着服务范围的扩大,医院后勤服务社会化也凸显了新的问题。基于此,文章梳理了当前医院后勤服务社会化所存在的问题及对医院发展造成的影响,并从人员培养、制度体系、管理手段等方面提出了针对性建议,旨在提升医院后勤服务质量,为患者、临床提供更优质的后勤服务。
As an important means for the high-quality development of hospital logistics service,the socialization of logistics service has been paid more and more attention by hospital managers in recent years.However,with the expansion of service scope,the socialization of hospital logistics service also highlights new problems.Based on this,this paper sorts out the existing problems in the socialization of hospital logistics service and their impact on the development of hospitals,and puts forward targeted suggestions in the aspects of personnel training,institutional system and management means,aiming at improving the quality of hospital logistics service and providing better logistics service for patients in clinical practices.
