摘要
随着信息时代的来临,信息化已成为评价医院发展现代化程度的重要指标。在此背景下,医院后勤队伍与后勤人才建设如何紧贴医院信息化发展实际,不断提高人才建设水平,有效解决掣肘后勤服务发展上的人才短板问题,一直是各家医院努力的方向。笔者从信息化对医院后勤人才建设的影响,后勤人才队伍与人才建设存在的问题以及解决思路等方面进行了阐述分析,提出了具体的实施路径与方法,以期为医院后勤人才队伍建设与培养提供有益参考。
In the age of informatization,information has become an important indicator to evaluate the degree of hos-pital modernization. In this context, hospitals target their efforts on the hospital logistics team and logistics personnel how to closely follow the development reality of hospital information technology, how to constantly improve the level of talent con-struction and how to effectively solve the talent shortage on development of logistics services. This paper analyzes the influence of informatization on the construction of hospital logistics talents, the problems and solutions of logistics personnel and talent construction. Then it puts forward the specific implementation methods in order to provide useful reference for the construction and training of hospital logistics personnel.
