摘要
档案信息化建设是医院信息化的重要组成部分,对于办公自动化、无纸化、数据化等方面具有重要意义。通过对医院档案信息化建设的现状和问题进行分析,如对档案工作重视程度不够、信息化建设尚处于起步阶段等,探讨医院档案信息化建设的实践和成效,提出对医院档案信息化的思考和建议,以互联网+档案智能化为主要特色的档案信息化建设在提高工作效率、减少档案差错、控制档案纸质成本有着较大借鉴意义,为公立医院改革提供有益参考。
The construction of archives informatization is an important part of hospital informatization, which is of great significance for office automation, paperlessness, and dataization. By analyzing the current situation and problems of hospital archives information construction, such as not paying enough attention to archives work, information construction is still in its infancy, etc., to discuss the practice and effectiveness of hospital archives information construction, and put forward thinking on hospital archives informationization And suggestions, the construction of file informatization with Internet + file intelligence as the main feature has a great reference significance in improving work efficiency, reducing file errors, and controlling file paper costs, and provides a useful reference for the reform of public hospitals.
