摘要 为适应国家战略需求和地方区域经济发展的需要,适应当前工程教育专业认证及新工科建设要求的趋势,针对机械行业特点,在OBE理念指导下,按照湖南工程学院“厚基础、宽口径、有专长、强应用”的人才培养宗旨,以学生为中心,以专业培养目标为导向,结合工程教育认证要求等课程建设内涵,积极探索,从顶层设计入手,紧扣应用型人才培养定位,结合新工科及智能制造,大胆创新,形成了适应地方经济社会发展需要,反映湖南工程学院地方应用型大学办学特色的本科人才培养体系。 In order to meet the needs of national strategy and local economic development,and to adapt to the current trend of engineering education professional certification and the requirements of“emerging engineering education”construction,and according to the characteristics of the machinery industry,this paper explores the talent training system under the guidance of OBE concept and in accordance with the talent training objectives of of Hunan Institute of Engineering that qualified talents should have“solid foundation,extensive adaptability,the quality of expertise and strong application”.Combined with the curriculum construction connotation such as the construction requirements of engineering education certification,the study also follows the student-centered concept and the guidance of professional training goals.It started with the top-level design,focusing on the training of application-oriented talents.Combined with“emerging engineering education”and intelligent manufacturing,we have made bold innovation to form an undergraduate talent training system that meets the needs of local economic and social development and reflects the school running characteristics of Hunan Institute of Engineering as a local application-oriented university.
