摘要
将思想政治工作融入到社区教育中,可以丰富社区教育内容,提升社区居民道德素质,同时也可以提升社区工作者队伍素质。长期以来,由于社区教育的继续性,思政还没有完全融入到社区教育中,思政课教师队伍严重缺乏,思政建设的针对性也还不够强。本文以西安社区大学为例,探索将思政融入到社区教育中的必要性,并提出建设性意见。
The integration of curriculum ideology and politics with community education can enrich the content of community education,improve the moral quality of community residents,and also improve the quality of community workers.For a long time,curriculum ideology and politics have not been fully integrated into community education.There is a serious shortage of ideological and political teachers.Taking Xi’an Community University as an example,this paper explored the necessity of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into community education and put forward constructive suggestions.
