摘要
高等教育与企业的供需矛盾,使得产教融合逐渐成为高等教育发展的主流趋势。在高等教育应用型改革的背景下,旅游管理专业实践教育日益暴露出实效性偏低的问题,这就需要结合产教融合的教育理念,探索旅游管理实践教学的改革策略,从而通过高质量的实践教学培养旅游管理专业学生的实践能力及就业核心竞争力。
The contradiction between supply and demand of higher education and enterprises makes the integration of industry and education gradually become the mainstream trend of higher education development.In the context of the application-oriented reform of higher education,the practical education of tourism management specialty increasingly exposes the problem of low effectiveness,which requires the combination of the education concept of the integration of production and education,to explore the reform strategy of tourism management practical teaching,so as to cultivate the practical ability and employment core competitiveness of students majoring in tourism management through high-quality practical teaching.
