摘要
智慧时代的到来对高等院校财务管理专业人才的培养提出了新要求和新挑战,校企合作实践基地的建设也应该及时地改革与调整。本文阐述了校企合作基地建设在学生培养过程中的重要作用,分析了目前财务管理专业实践教育基地存在的主要问题。从应用型财务人才培养的角度总结了产教融合背景下财务管理专业校企合作基地的建设目标,并从校企合作制度、实训教学体系、师资队伍建设、智慧财务资源共享平台以及质量监控体系与教学效果评价等角度详细剖析了产教融合型财务管理专业校企合作基地的建设内容,以期能够培养出符合市场需求的、综合素质高的、优秀的财务管理人才。
The advent of the wisdom era has put forward new requirements and challenges for the training of financial management professionals in colleges and universities.The cooperation practice base construction of university-enterprise cooperation should also be adjusted and reformed in time.This paper elaborates the critical role of the construction of university-enterprise cooperation base,and analyzes the main problems existing in the practice tea-ching base of financial management.From the perspective of the cultivation of application-oriented financial talents,this paper summarizes the construction objectives of the university-enterprise cooperation base of financial management under the background of the integration between industry and education.Moreover,this paper analyzes in detail the construction contents of the university-enterprise cooperation base of financial management specialty with the integration of production and education from the perspectives of university-enterprise cooperation system,practical training teaching system,teaching staff construction,smart financial resource sharing platform,quality monitor system and teaching effect evaluation,so as to cultivate excellent financial management talents with high comprehensive quality and in line with the market demand.
