摘要
为了改善现有地方综合性大学在信息学科创新人才培养上定位不准和资源匮乏的缺点,依据学科特征和多元化人才培养目标,以湘潭大学为例,面向科研型和应用型复合人才培养构筑国家级、省级和校级多层培养平台,基于导师制实现跨校科研合作与校企协作多主体协同培养模式,通过第二课堂、阶梯式多专业协同以及集科研、企业合作、竞赛为一体实现多途径协同培养。实践结果表明,其能充分调动学生的创新激情,激发学生的创新思维,促进科学研究与实践相结合,服务地方经济的同时也能面向国家战略需求培养人才。对于创新我国地方高校信息学科人才培养模式及促进学生可持续发展具有重要意义。
In order to improve the shortcomings of inaccurate positioning and lack of resources in the cultivation of innovative talents in information discipline of the existing local comprehensive universities,according to the discipline characteristics and diversified talent training objectives,taking Xiangtan University as an example,a multi-layer training platform at the national,provincial and school levels was built for the training of scientific research and application-oriented compound talents. Based on the tutorial system,the multi-agent collaborative training mode of inter university scientific research cooperation and school-enterprise cooperation was realized through the second class,stepwise and multi-disciplinary cooperation,scientific research,enterprise cooperation and competition as a whole to achieve multi-ways collaborative training. The practice results show that it can fully mobilize students’ innovative passion,stimulate students’ innovative thinking,promote the combination of scientific research and practice,serve the local economy,and cultivate talents according to the national strategic needs. It is of great significance to innovate the training mode of information talents in local colleges and universities and promote the sustainable development of students.
