摘要
对广东某地精选高岭土采用机械磨剥法进一步提高其产品-2μm高岭土含量。研究结果表明,当采用砂磨机进行磨剥时,矿浆浓度50%,六偏磷酸钠加入量为4.0‰,矿浆流速为0.6L/min,磨剥后的-2μm高岭土含量可达到93.83%,极大改善其在造纸行业应用性能。
The selected kaolin from a certain place in Guangdong was further improved by mechanical grinding and stripping method to further increase the content of-2μm kaolin in the product. The research results show that when the sand mill is used for grinding and stripping, the slurry concentration is 50%, the addition amount of sodium hexametaphosphate is 4.0‰, the slurry flow rate is 0.6 L/min, and the-2μm kaolin content after grinding and stripping can reach 93.83%. Greatly improve its application performance in the paper industry.
