摘要
分析了茂名山阁高岭土的最佳分散条件,研究了聚丙烯酸钠(DC)和六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)分散剂对高岭土泥浆黏度的影响。结果表明,分散茂名山阁高岭土,DC和SHMP的最佳用量分别为0.48%和0.50%,这两种体系的黏浓度分别为69.7%和69.4%;DC和SHMP单独使用的降黏效果比复合使用的降黏效果更明显;使用DC的高岭土泥浆,pH值调节剂(NaOH)的最佳用量为0.05%,使用SHMP的高岭土泥浆,NaOH的最佳用量为0.06%。
The improvement of the conventional measurement method (GB/TI4563-14565-93) of kaolin's viscosity was proposed in this pa- per. It was suggested that not only pH regulator, but also dispersant has the optimum dosage. The method and procedure for determining the optimum dosage of pH regulator was presented. The improved method was used to measure the viscosity of Maoming Shange kaolin and to study the effect of two different dispersants, sodium polyaerylate ( DC ) and sodium hexametaphosphate ( SHMP), on the viseosity of the kaolin mud. The results showed that the optimum dosages of SHMP and DC were O. 48% and 0.50% respectively, and the viscosity concentrations were 69.7% and 69.4% respectively; The effect of the dispersants using separately was better than using together. For the slurry system using DC dispersant, the optimum dosage of pH regulator (NaOH) was 0.05% , and for slurry system using SHMP dispersant, the optimum dosage of NaOH was 0.06%. Furthermore, the mechanism of viscosity-reduction caused by dispersant and the working mechanism of pH regulator were discussed.
