摘要
目的:观察绞股蓝总甙片治疗妊娠合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选取妊娠合并高脂血症患者156例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各78例。对照组给予营养膳食干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予绞股蓝总甙片治疗。2组均连续治疗8周,比较2组血脂水平、临床疗效,记录治疗过程中不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率为94.87%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),HDL-C水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05);且观察组TG、TC、LDL-C水平低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组患者血尿常规、肝肾功能等指标均未见异常。结论:绞股蓝总甙片治疗妊娠合并高脂血症疗效确切,能有效降低血脂水平,且安全性良好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of jiaogulanzongdai pian on the treatment of hyperlipidemia in pregnancy.Methods:A total of 156 pregnant patients with hyperlipidemia were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 78 cases in each group.The control group was intervened with nutritional diet,and the observation group was additionally given jiaogulanzongdai pian based on the treatment of the control group.The two groups were treated continuously for eight weeks.The levels of blood lipid and clinical effect in the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions during the course of treatment were recorded.Results:The total effective rate was 94.87% in the observation group and 83.33% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),while the HDL-C levels were increased(P<0.05).The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the HDL-C level was higher(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no abnormality in hematuria routine,liver and kidney function and other indicators in both groups.Conclusion:Jiaogulanzongdai pian has a significant effect on the treatment of hyperlipidemia in pregnancy,which can effectively reduce the level of blood lipid,with great safety.
