摘要
整合API RP 17B规范提出的海洋非黏结柔性软管9种常见失效模式,对国内外柔性软管金属层6种常见失效模式的研究进展进行较为详细的综述,并针对目前柔性软管金属层失效机制研究中存在的问题和短板,指出未来海洋柔性软管失效模式研究的下一步建议,为海洋柔性软管结构设计和完整性管理奠定基础。
Based on the integration of nine common failure modes of un-bonded flexible pipes proposed by the specification API RP 17 B, the research progress of six common failure modes of flexible pipe metal layers at home and abroad is reviewed in detail. The existing problems and shortcomings of metal layers failure mechanisms of the flexible pipes in the current research are discussed. The further suggestion for the future study of the failure modes of the flexible pipes is proposed so as to lay a foundation for structural innovation and integrity management of the flexible pipes.
