摘要 以HDPE材料作为内压密封层的非黏性海洋复合软管的温度使用范围比较局限,采用PVDF/PA11作为内压密封层材料成本较高并且对生产工艺要求比较严格,然而交联聚乙烯(PEX)材料的生产成本较低并且易于成型加工,交联后PEX材料的耐热性能、抗磨性能、耐环境应力开裂等性能也显著提升。着重对热水交联方式得到一种应用于非黏接柔性复合软管的PEX-b材料进行适用性分析,依据API SPEC 17J表9中的主要技术要求对PEX-b材料和HDPE材料进行性能试验分析比对,得出非黏接柔性软管在较高温度条件使用时,PEX-b材料比HDPE材料具有更好的适宜性。并且2018年通过热水交联方式得到的PEX-b材料在涠洲某油田项目6、10寸的海洋复合软管也得到了成功投产,是国产非黏性海洋复合软管开发应用领域的一个重要应用。 The temperature range of unbonded flexible pipe with HDPE material as the internal pressure layer is relatively limited.The use of PVDF/PA11 as the internal pressure layer is costly and requires strict production process.However,the cross-linked polyethylene(PEX) material has low production cost and is easy to process.After cross-linking,the PEX materials have significantly improved heat resistance,abrasion resistance and environmental stress crack resistance.In this paper,the applicability analysis of the PEX-b material prepared by hot water cross-linking for unbonded flexible pipes was carried out.According to the main technical requirements in API SPEC17 J table 9,the performance test analysis and comparison of PEX-b material and HDPE material were conducted.The results showed that the PEX-b material had better suitability than HDPE material when the unbonded flexible pipe was used at higher temperature.PEX-b material obtained by hot water cross-linking in 2018 has also been successfully put into production and applied in the 6-inch and 10-inch unbonded flexible pipe of Weizhou oilfield project,which is an important milestone event in the development and application of domestic unbonded flexible pipe.
