摘要 针对预付费电能表用断路器控制器的设计,提出电机驱动阶段模型的理念。通过对电源设计、驱动设计及与负载匹配设计的分析,在功能指标满足要求的前提下,实现了可靠性的提升。电源采用内置通断控制型DC/DC,功率参数重点考虑断路器闭合和断开的峰值功率;驱动采用体积、成本更具优势的H桥芯片,内置的刹车功能提供精准定位的需求。通过国家标准、企业标准的测试及实际应用,所设计的产品功能、可靠性均可得到满足,并从根本上解决了低温产品动作不稳定的问题。 Aiming at the design of circuit breaker controller for the prepayment watt hour meter,the concept of motor driving stage model is proposed.Through the analysis of power supply design,drive design and load matching design,the reliability is improved on the premise that the functional indexes meet the requirements.The power supply adopts built-in on-off control type DC-DC,and the power parameters focus on the peak power of circuit breaker closing and opening.The drive adopts H-bridge chip with more advantages in volume and cost,and the built-in braking function provides the demand for accurate positioning.Through the test of national standards and enterprise standards and the practical application,the product function and reliability designed by this method meet the requirements,the unstable action problem of the low-temperature products is solved fundamentally.
