摘要
在传统电能表用外置断路器的基础上,研制一种智能控制预付费电能表用外置断路器;从断路器的机械结构和电气性能出发,阐述断路器的自动重合闸控制装置及控制方法;以智能控制预付费电能表用外置断路器产品LDEB1-80为例,对其脱扣特性和EMC特性进行电气性能测试。测试结果表明:断路器瞬时动作特性较好,热态下试验电流10×80 A,其脱扣时间最大仅为9.3 ms,远小于国家标准(≤0.1 s);通过对断路器分别施加3 V/1 k Hz 80%AM调制正弦波、脉宽50 ns/4 k V的脉冲群、场强3 V/m的辐射电磁场、5 k V浪涌共模信号和4k V浪涌差模信号、150 k Hz范围内共模传导骚扰信号等测试,断路器均不脱扣,具有很好的抗干扰能力和良好的电气性能。
Based on the external circuit breaker, the external circuit breaker with intelligent control prepaid power meter is developed. From the mechanical structure and electrical properties of the circuit breaker, the automatic reclosing control device and control method of the circuit breaker are described. For the external circuit breaker with intelligent control prepaid power meter product LDEB1-80 as an example, the tripping characteristics and EMC characteristics are tested. The test results show that the instantaneous action characteristics of the circuit breaker are very good, which the maximum time of the trip is 9.3 ms and much smaller than the national standard (less than or less than 0.1 s) under the test current of 10~80 A in the thermal state. With 3 V/lkHz 80% AM modulation sine wave, pulse width 50 ns/4 kV pulse group of radiated electromagnetic fields, field strength 3V/m, 5 kV surge common- mode signals and 4 kV surge differential mode, conduction disturbance signal in 150 kHz range, the circuit breaker is no undocked and has a good anti-jamming capability and good electrical properties.
