摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对塑壳断路器中瞬时脱扣器的动态和静态特性进行了仿真分析,给出了优化前后的电流分布示意图和磁场分布示意图,提出了改进方案,从而优化了产品结构,提高了产品可靠性,扩大了保护范围,产品得到了用户的认同。
Simulation analysis of dynamic and static characteristics of instantaneous release in case-moulded circuit breaker was carried out by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. Current and magnetic field distribution schematic diagrams before and after optimization were given. Improvement plan was presented to optimize product structure, raising product reliability and enlarging protection range. The product has been admitted by customers.
