摘要
介绍预付费电能表的国内外发展概况、工作原理和功能,分析了预付费电能表带来的经济效益以及传统管理模式中存在的难题,提出了建立预付费管理与远程抄表技术相结合的新系统。从而能够根据供电企业的需要和用户的性质选择合适的付费方式,不但准确、快速、经济地获得电能计量装置的各类数据,而且在一定程度上也解决了供电企业大量电费不能及时回收的问题。
The development of the prepayment Watt-hour meter both at home and abroad, its working principles and functions are presented, and the economic benefits the meter brings and problems in its traditional management modes are analyzed. A new system combining electricity bill prepayment management and automatic meter reading （AMR） is proposed by which the suitable payment method can be selected based on the power supply company＇s need and the user＇s conditions. The new system which can be used to obtain various data of the meter accurately, quickly, and economically, can also solve the problem of bill charging for power supply companies.
