摘要
随着煤矿矿井的开拓延伸,煤矿井下供电网络也随之不断变化延伸,供电系统日渐复杂,电度计量工作量也逐渐增大,传统的“人工抄表”已无法满足井下现场供电负荷计量的需求,不仅浪费了“人力、物力”,还致使正确率不高,煤矿电度自动计量及远程抄表系统的应用变得尤为重要。煤矿电度自动计量及远程抄表系统,利用现场通讯的方式由就近安装的防爆计量显示箱接收井下各变电所电量计量装置所采集电量参数,通过光纤将数据传送至地面调度室监控总站。总站上位机采用工业组态软件作为开发及运行环境,实现人机界面运行系统与实时数据库构成的分布式监测系统,对井下各变电所电参数的远程实时查看、统计、打印,及时掌握井下各种设备的用电消耗情况,给管理决策提供准确的依据和便利,确保煤矿企业节能减排政策的落实和实施精细化管理。
With the development and extension of coal mine,the power supply system in underground coal mine is becoming more and more complex,and the workload of electricity measurement is increasing.The traditional manual meter reading cannot meet the demand of power supply load measurement in coal mine.The paper introduced the mine electricity automatic measurement and remote meter reading system which receives the electric parameters collected by the electric metering devices of underground substations,and transmits the data to the monitoring master station of ground dispatching room through optical fiber.The industrial configuration software is used as the development and operation environment for the host computer of the main station,which realizes the man-machine interface operation system and real-time data monitoring system,grasps the power consumption of various underground equipment,provides accurate basis for management decision-making,and ensures the implementation of energy saving and emission reduction and fine management in coal mine enterprises.
