摘要
中医学是我国医疗卫生保健体系的重要组成部分,与西医学相比,其治疗优势体现在对功能失调性病变、原因不明或者病因病理复杂的疾病、病毒感染性病变以及疾病进入慢性期或缓解期等方面的干预。中医眼科学是中医学的重要分支,本文以不同类别的中医眼科优势病种为切入点,阐述了中医在诊治复发性眼表疾病、难治性眼底疾病以及退行性眼病方面的具体优势所在。同时又提出了三点战略目标,以期推动中医眼科优势病种诊疗的国际化,为健康中国和世界人民的眼健康提供中医方案。
Advantage refers to a situation and trend that is favorable and superior to the other side.Compared with western medicine,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly embodied in three aspects.This paper classifies the dominant ophthalmic diseases of traditional Chinese medicine,and illustrates the advantages of recurrent ocular surface diseases,refractory fundus diseases and degenerative ophthalmopathy in the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.A typical case of central serous chorioretinitis(CSC)was analyzed.In order to give full play to the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ophthalmopathy,this paper puts forward three strategic goals,in order to promote the internationalization of diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic diseases of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide traditional Chinese medicine programs for the eye health of healthy people in China and the world.
