摘要
中医眼科学是中医学的重要分支,历史悠久,是历代医家特别是眼科医家的智慧结晶。中医眼科的起源和发展经历了萌芽期、奠基期、独立发展期、兴盛期以及衰落与复兴期6个时期。每一阶段都不同程度的对中医眼科发展起到了推动作用。笔者拟以朝代为纲,以文献为目,概述了中医眼科发展史略,同时对中医眼科未来发展方向提出3点建议,传承好中医眼科典籍之精华、发展好现代中医眼科、建立有利于中医眼科发展的体制机制,做到中医眼科理论体系创新,进一步提高治疗水平,早日实现中医眼科现代化。
Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is an important branch of TCM with a long history.It is the crystallization of the wisdom of doctors of all dynasties,especially ophthalmologists.The origin and development of ophthalmology of TCM have experienced six periods:initial period,foundation period,independent development period,prosper period,decline and reviving period.Each period has played a role in promoting the development of ophthalmology of TCM to varying degrees.The author summarized the development history of ophthalmology of TCM based on the dynasties and literatue,and puts forward three suggestions on the future development of ophthalmology of TCM,so as to inherit the essence of ancient books of ophthalmology of TCM,develop modern ophthalmology of TCM,establish an institutional mechanism conducive to the development of ophthalmology of TCM,and make innovations in the theoretical system of ophthalmology of TCM.The level of treatment would be further improved and the realization of mordernization of ophthalmology of TCM would be achieved as soon as possible.
