摘要
工程实践的生成方式表征着工程的本质,也决定着工程社会治理的路径选择。社会建构思想能够在广阔的社会背景下把握工程的本质,对于理解工程实践的生成方式具有重要的启发意义。社会建构思想对于理解工程实践的生成方式具有重要的启发意义。与工程的技术属性相比,工程的社会建构性具有更本真的意义,其揭示出工程与社会的互动关系,也表明多元社会因素对工程活动的型塑作用。在工程决策、工程设计、工程实施和工程评估等实践环节,社会多元因素通过工程共同体成员的实践活动影响工程,使工程实践活动得以生成。不能将工程实践活动简单还原为工程师的活动,只有从社会建构视角来理解工程的本质、探讨工程的社会治理机制,才能真正促进工程的高质量发展。
The generation mode of engineering practice not only represents the essence of engineering,but also determines the path choice of engineering social governance.Social construction ideas have important enlightening significance for understanding the generation mode of engineering practice.Compared with the technical attribute of engineering,the social constructiveness of engineering is of more true significance.It reveals the interactive relationship between engineering and society,and also shows the shaping effect of multiple social factors on engineering activities.In the practical stages of engineering decision-making,design,implementation and evaluation,social multiple factors affect the project through the practical activities of members in the engineering community,so that the engineering practical activities can be generated.
