摘要
工程设计的核心是解决"人"的问题,须得集成伦理要素到工程设计之中,才能保障"善"的工程真正结出善果。工程设计的伦理意蕴体现在三个方面:为占大多数的民众而设计,为确保可持续发展而设计,为实践"工程作为一种社会试验"而设计。中国高铁的核心技术受制于"技术黑箱"的影响,既对设计师展开"打开黑箱式"的思考极为不利,又对大力推广工程设计伦理理念提出了更高要求。设计师需从四个方面着手:秉持审慎姿态妥善处置工程风险,运用中庸之道寻求可容忍设计,勇于责任担当并力求决策民主,坚守人文关怀实现以人为本。唯此,方能凸显设计师将使用价值、审美价值、经济价值和伦理价值融为一体,以确保设计行为道德正当的良善之心。
The core of engineering design is solving the problem concerning ＂human beings＂. Only by integrating ethical elements with engineering design,can we guarantee the success of a good project.The ethical implication of engineering design can be seen from three parts： designing for the greatest number of people,designing for definite sustainable development and designing for practicing ＂engineering as a social experimentation ＂. The core technology of China high-speed rails limited by the influence of ＂black box＂may not only damage the engineers＇ thoughts to open the box but also raise higher requirement to promote engineering design ethical concept vigorously. Only when designers start with the following four aspects —disposing ethical risk by keeping prudently,seeking tolerable design by golden mean,striving to democratic decision-making by taking responsibility bravely and achieving people-orientation by insisting on humanistic care,can they make their good intention of integrating utility value,aesthetical value,economical value and ethical value together to ensure the design behavior morally prominent.
