摘要
通过探索性试验,确定白合金一段酸浸试验的液固比>7∶1,温度<85℃,S-白合金与J-白合金的浸出性能都很好,但是在同样的试验条件下,S-白合金中钴与铁的浸出率比J-白合金更高,铜的浸出率更低。通过优化试验,两种白合金中钴与铁的浸出率都是随着酸量的增加而增加,铜的浸出率不受酸量的影响,铜主要是以单质的形态存在其中,确定了最佳酸量为理论量的1.2倍,J-白合金中铜、钴、铁的浸出率分别为0.08%,92.86%,95.23%,S-白合金中铜、钴、铁的浸出率分别为0%,95.59%,97.98%,与J-白合金相比,S-白合金更有利于后续工序的分离、除杂与回收有价金属铜与钴。
Through exploratory tests, it is determined that the liquid-to-solid ratio of the white metal one-stage acid leaching test is> 7∶1, and the temperature is <85°C. The leaching performance of S-white metal and J-white metal is very good, but under the same test conditions, The leaching rate of cobalt and iron in S-white alloy is higher than that of J-white alloy, and the leaching rate of copper is lower. Through optimization experiments, the leaching rates of cobalt and iron in the two white alloys both increase with the increase of the amount of acid. The leaching rate of copper is not affected by the amount of acid. Copper is mainly present in the form of simple substances. The optimal amount of acid is 1. 2 times the theoretical amount. The leaching rates of copper, cobalt, and iron in J-white alloy are 0. 08%, 92. 86%, and 95. 23%, respectively. The leaching rates of copper, cobalt, and iron in S-white alloy are 0%,95. 59%, and 97. 98%, respectively. Compared with J-white alloy, S-white alloy is more conducive to the separation, impurity removal and recovery of valuable metals copper and cobalt in the subsequent processes.
